In an emergency, customers can ask for help as Taiwan Secom will have a dedicated team to provide service 24/7.
They will confirm the emergency situation, assist in notifying the contact person, and provide access to medical treatment.
Even if you can't be with your family, we will to protect them day and night.

Self-funded Application
Once a distress device is installed at home , you can contact the 24-hour Health Care Center through the portable distress device button that is worn, in the event of an emergency.
We will also install fall detectors in areas where falls are prone to occur (such as bathrooms and toilets).
Whenever a fall is detected, the system will automatically connect with the police and fire department for assistance.
The Protection Center will also assist in the consultation and referral of long-term care as well as other social service resources.
(Application conditions and whether the application is
approved are mainly subject to the approval of the government agency.)
Note: The actual service content will mainly be specified in the signed contract.
Qualification for Public Subsidy Assistance
1. Those who are registered and actually live in the counties and cities that provide this service,or are listed as disabled elders who have reached the age of 65 and live alone, or those who have been evaluated by long-term care units.
2. Qualifications for public subsidies must be approved by the service provider (excluding users with mental illness, dementia, or unfit users after assessment).
