Community Announcements
Concierge can directly add announcements to the community message board on the management platform and immediately post notifications, thus residents will not miss any important notification.
Smart Door Opening
When a visitor comes and exits from the community, the APP can remotely open the relevant entrances and exits.
Payment of Management Fee
When the Homeowners Association Management ( HOA chairperson, executive secretary) go to the management platform to create a payment request, the system will automatically send a notification to the community residents, and the residents can pay the association fee via credit card and view payment records.
Living Expenses
Credit card bills, phone bills, parking fees, water bills, health insurance, vehicle fuel fee and 10 other possible residential expenses can be paid by credit card and payment records can be queried.
Gas Meter Reporting
The Homeowners Association Management (HOA chairperson or executive secretary) goes to the management platform to add a gas meter reporting section allowing the system to send a notification to the community residents.
The residents receive the notification and enter the APP to fill in the gas volume of the previous period, sending it to the platform database. The manager can then directly print it out and give it to the gas company personnel, effectively reducing the problem of missed manual readings.

In cooperation with Taiwan Taxi Co., LTD., and supporting multiple payment options (cash, credit card, Easy Card), you can instantly book a taxi and check ride records .
