Conceived with the philosophy of sustainable development, Goldsun transformed its Development Department into RS Construction Co., Ltd. to lay out and execute new development strategies. RS Construction integrated the resources of the Group and reevaluated the usage of the Group’s land resources under relevant short and mid-term plans. In addition, the Company also developed a new business in retail services with the introduction of self-construction and self-management to create synergy from the resources.
Integrated Assessment in Mobilizing Group Assets
Systematic management of group assets has been launched and in addition to the management of leased land and property, the Company also kicked-off relevant plans simultaneously for assessing land asset development and investment in combination with relevant policies and urban development trends in property development. In the future, the assets will be further vitalized to upgrade the added-value of group assets and operation, and optimization of the benefit from land development.
Aggressive Development for the Creation of a Good Life
The Company seeks to develop new businesses for the group through innovation of construction and integrate the Group’s resources with vitalization of assets for the development of the “Space for a Good Life” as the theme series. Under this plan, the Company will move towards the development of resort hotels, international preferred hotels, shopping malls, multiple purpose office buildings, and leisure farms. With the planning of composite products, the Company will create a space for a good time and launch new service consumption businesses.
