COMPUTER INFORMATION CENTER

To connect 95 branches across Taiwan and over two hundred thousand customers, the Company has built a fiber-optic information infrastructure with a T3 ring-type fiber-optic network. Systems related to the security core operations have been safeguarded with information security authentication. An information security committee and a personal data management organization have been established to regularly implement information security audits and ensure customer information confidentiality.

COMPUTER CONTROL CENTER

Taiwan SECOM has established control centers in Taipei and Kaohsiung to manage user security information across Taiwan. Japan’s advanced ISS control operation system has been introduced to accurately keep track of the user’s security status. An APP platform has been developed so that front-line security service colleagues can receive real-time dispatching while ensuring the customer’s digital privacy.

RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT CENTER

To better meet Taiwan’s market needs, Taiwan SECOM has hired over 200 software / hardware developers to integrate security-related technologies worldwide. Development and system improvements are conducted based on service content and technology.

EMPLOYEE TRAINING CENTER

Taiwan SECOM has set up training classrooms and centers with auxiliary facilities and related equipment in New Taipei and Yilan, respectively. MANUFACTURING CENTER
